Please note that our delivery is ONLY available within New Zealand. We will not accept orders for deliveries outside of New Zealand.

Delivery fees: The delivery fee will vary depending on goods purchased and delivery methods chosen. The delivery fee is calculated by the size and weight of the items, plus the delivery location and will be automatically calculated in checkout.

Order will be processed and sent out same day if ordered before 4pm. Shipping is $5.00 for Auckland, $7.50 for North Island and $11.00 for South Island.

Delivery Times: We deliver the products to you at your doorstep by Courier. All delivery times quoted on the website are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and delivery companies. We will sent you tracking link/tracking number as soon as we send the goods to courier. So you can track with courier tracking system. For some addresses we can arrange urgent Saturday Delivery on request.

In the event we are unable to dispatch your order promptly or on the rare occasion that a product is unexpectedly out of stock, We will endeavour to e-mail, text or call you as soon as possible to let you know the estimated time for delivery, allowing you to make alternative arrangements, if you wish.
